This page has been created to guide you, in a simple and clear way, on how to collect your sample for the food intolerance test and how to send it correctly, helping to avoid any mistakes or delays.

Before carrying out the sample collection, please watch the video above.

In the video, you will see:

🧪 Important Information About the Test

• Test: Food Intolerance – 200 Foods
• Kit delivery: may take up to 15 working days, depending on the country.
  
  👉 If you do not receive the kit within this timeframe, please contact us.
   
• Results: will be sent by email within 5 to 7 working days after the sample arrives at the laboratory.

📝 Sample Identification

Before collecting the sample:

• Write your full name and date of birth on the tube using the label provided.

  ✅ This step is essential to ensure your test is correctly identified and processed.

📦How to Send Your Sample

📍For residents in the United Kingdom (UK)

• Place the absorbent paper with the blood sample inside the labelled tube, and then place the tube into the plastic envelope included in the kit.

  Post the envelope in a post box.

🌍For residents outside the United Kingdom

1. Inside the kit, you will find a plastic envelope with the return address. Place this envelope inside a bubble envelope, which you will need to provide.

2. Shipping and declaration guidelines (if required):

   • To avoid delays, send the sample as “document” or “sample”, with no commercial value declared.

   • Do not declare or mention that it is a test, biological material, or blood sample.
